Conveniently one of Tucson's more affordable areas for land with a variety of 1 to 5 acre homesites generally priced from $200,000 - $300,000. Recent gated subdivisions, however indicate a trend toward upward prices with lots moving as high as the low $400,000 range.

With easy access to Tucson's downtown businesses and government hubs, St. Mary's medical complex, and both the University of Arizona and Pima College campuses, the west side is emerging as an area of high-end new custom homes scattered throughout the base of the beautiful and rugged Tucson Mountains.
