With easy access to Tucson's downtown businesses and government hubs, St. Mary's medical complex, and both the University of Arizona and Pima College campuses, the west side is emerging as an area of high-end new custom homes scattered throughout the base of the beautiful and rugged Tucson Mountains. Much of the land features rolling terrain, old growth Saguaros, and has a secluded, rural feel. Hiking and horseback trails in the nearby National Forest are added features. Further fueling this area's growth is it's close proximity to the Rio Nuevo Downtown Re-Development Plan, which will bring in millions of dollars of new business, cultural, housing, entertainment and artistic resources to downtown Tucson. |
